Cable goes out like a satellite. Really irritating. To top it off charter is expensive.

Supposed to have services installed today. Already disconnected other cable as this was suppose to happen today. The tech arrives and tells me can be done as he has to get on my neighbors lot to install. Neighbors gone for the winter. Need their permission. Sure wish this was brought up before I had cancelled my other service and sent everything back. Put me in a really bad spot. Maybe Charter should check households before offering installation. Then I call customer service and on an automated message tells me my next installation is scheduled for 4 days away. No one EVER asked if this would work for me. I work and won't be home. Big Hassle. Just be prepared before you decide to change companies.
