P aul Van Berkel was so helpful and clear when explaining things to us regarding terminology with the law. I would recommend him to all...unfortunately, the secretary is outrageously rude, unprofessional in her appearance,has the personality of a rock on the phone and in person and appears to not like her job.I am happy I do not have to deal with her anymore.
