      Trying To Decide Between A Few Different Music Schools? The Conservatory of Music currently teaches over 21,000 private lessons a year, with over 30 instructors, and has been in existence since 2007. We offer lessons and instruction in piano, guitar, bass guitar, violin, viola, cello, double (upright) bass, woodwinds, brasswinds, voice, drum set and percussion. Though other studios may offer multiple instrument lessons, we offer ALL of the popular instruments. Arguably the Largest and Most Qualified Teaching Faculty in Katy / West Houston! The Conservatory of Music has over 30 music instructors on staff, all with either university training or professional performance experience. Our music instructors are dedicated to learning about YOUR personal music goals and helping you to achieve them. A Wide Range of Accommodating Lesson Times 3:00pm – 8:00pm Monday – Friday 10:00am – 3:00pm Saturday A Proven Track Record of Success The Conservatory of Music has been in business, and growing, for more than 8 years, and has a proven track record of offering quality music lessons, year round. Our full time mission is teaching music. We currently teach more than 21,000 music lessons a year! Free, All Inclusive Recitals Approximately every June and December, our students have the option of performing in our recitals. Parents never have to pay admission or any related fees for these recitals. Professional Staff Always on Duty during Open Hours We have staff on duty who are available at the front desk to assist our clients. Currently Located in Cinco Ranch and in North Katy! Due to our central locations, our conservatory is conveniently located to all areas of Katy and West Houston. Close to our studios you will find great shopping and dining. Month to Month Lessons The conservatory does not require semester minimums for lessons. Other than the 2-month minimum requirement for a student new to the conservatory (designed to provide a true opportunity for the student to determine if the instructor / conservatory is right for them), every student here is on a month to month basis. Amazing Awards to Help Celebrate Achievement We are the only music school in the Katy area that gives their students the opportunity to earn special color wristband (kids and teens love them!), certificates, and trophies for passing musical tests. Do other schools offer trophies and certificates? A few. But none of them inspire their students with smiling faces (see pictures to the right) by giving them full color, really cool “Musical Ladder” wristbands that they can show off to their friends. More importantly, when our students have a test coming up, they practice more, their parents are proud, their teachers are proud, and everybody wins. You can only get the Musical Ladder here! And by the way, we also love teaching adults! Photo Day We were the original music school to offer a picture day for their students in the Katy area! At least once a year, we host a free picture day with a professional photographer. We want to celebrate your music and share that memory through pictures. Examples pictured on this page! Adults are welcome too! Students can bring their instruments to the photo shoot and they can wear whatever they like. Royal Conservatory Affiliation We are proud to be the ONLY founding school with the Royal Conservatory Music Development Program (formerly the Carnegie Hall Royal Conservatory Achievement Program) in the entire greater Houston area.
