Absolutely the best and most honest postal center in the Katy area. I've tried them all. These people are so nice and helpful! I've been using them for years now and haven't had a single problem, no matter where I mail packages!

I have used Postal Center Plus for the past 7 years and had been pleased with the prices and service until this past week. I have always known that they add a fee onto anything that is mailed through them and I never had a problem with that, I realize that they are a business and have to make a living. On Monday November 26th of 2012 I went up and had them assist me with packing materials to mail a box to my granddaughters who live in Okinawa, Japan with my daughter and son in law (a United States Marine) . I was mailing this priority mail, and was quoted a price of 79.45 which I thought was high but with prices rising all the time I figured he new what he was talking about. When my daughter received the package she sent me a picture of the postage that was actually charged. $46.75. I went up and showed the picture to the owner and asked why it was $32.70 more than actual postage he said the computer tells him what to charge. What a CROCK! To be continued in another review.

The owners of this shop are the nicest people in town!! The prices for UPS, FedEx and the USPS, are very reasonable! They are always smiling, they recognize me everytime I walk into the door! This is a family owned business. And they actually talk to their customers! And they ALWAYS say hello and good-bye or have a wonderful day! You just don't hear that no more!
