Very friendly, and knowledgable. Very fair. Brought my lawn mower in, and they said it could be that my belt could be loose or either I need a new transmission. Couldn't have cheated me and come back with the expensive repair, but they said it was only the belt and only charged me $15.

Had to bring the mower back after repairs as it didn't run properly first time on the ground. Surly mechanic insisted it was right when it left, so I ended up paying another charge. Not a big charge, but I guess it's the principle of basically being called a lair. Inferior customer service, and I ended up walking away with a bad feeling that I'd been cheated. Won't be back and will not recommend; there are plenty of other shops.

my first time in this shop and the customer service was excellent, got my machine back within 1 week and it is running better than it was brand new. I have tried other repair shops in the past and was treated like the lowest scum of the earth and like an idiot. Mason Road is where i will be going in the future for all my repair and part needs and i recommend this shop to anybody needing their lawnmower/weed eaters/lawn equipment repaired the proper way and in a timely manor. Family owned and great, helpful employees/owners.
