This place is a life saver -my Mother was in another home in Katy for 3 days, never got her medicine, no one ever even checked on her, they even lost her chart. We moved Mother to Heritage Park and couldn't be happier. Some staff has been here since the day it opened. Very attentive caring staff

We were very pleased with the care that my father in law received while residing at this facility. It is the cleanest facility I have seen. The nurses and the aids were very good to him. I would recommend this facility to everyone. There is a big turn over in staff, but there is anywhere you go.

This place opened in 2009 and has gone downhill from day one. The staff turnover rate is hideous. They cannot keep a Director of Nursing. Most of the aides do care about the patients, but they are worked to death and don't stay. To say Heritage Park is understaffed is putting it very mildly. Check the ratings and violations on the official Texas DADS site. This is not a place you want to put anyone who cannot help themselves.

The staff goes above and beyond to help and everyone was very helpful with my Mother. The number of aides and nurses on duty is great! Be best I have EVER seen!
