Awesome. Check in with Lindsey was fast and efficient; friendly. Tricia in the optical portion of my appointment actually helped me pick out a pair of glasses that looked the best on me. That went above and beyond, in my book. Last but not least, Lisa in check out was on the ball. Very helpful and knowledgeable in insurance, etc. My whole trip was a success. Love the doctor, as well.

Had a great experience at Berkeley Eye Center-The Shops. I didn’t wait very long to be seen by the doctor with my appointment (no more than 5 minutes). The time between the general eye exam and actually be seen by Dr Kokel was also a quick turnaround. Always happy with my prescriptions and good selection of frames.

I had cataract surgery on Jan. 22 and have the second surgery scheduled for Feb. 5th. The entire staff at the Katy location from reception to medical to the surgeon and check out were very impressive. All demonstrated a keen interest in my medical needs and I would recommend Berkeley Eye Center without hesitation.

My wait was short. The office staff and doctors are professional and seem to be competent. The Optician was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable. All in all my experience was very positive.

After my fantastic cataract surgery experience, I decided to see the oculoplastic surgeon that Dr. Ruda had told me about. Dr. Bounama is terrific and looking forward to my next appt., for surgical evaluation. Everyone is always so great, that I had my granddaughter make an appt. for her eye exam while we were there.
