I would suggest negative star rating if possible. They lost my sons insurance card in a matter of hours. Only to find out Cigna is not contracted with them. Meanwhile, my boy suffers with strep and conjunctivitis in his eyes. Thanks for nothing, we will take our business elsewhere.

CVS cannot refuse to let you return an item if you have a receipt and the item was broken or missing parts when you bought it. Their policy is all sales are final on clearance items. Their policy is illegal! DON'T BUY THEIR CLEARANCE ITEMS!
