Experienced the following issues: (1) Damage done to atleast 400 sq ft of our lawn. The crew did not bother being careful with their materials. The materials were laid all over our lawn and flower beds. My gardenias were killed. (2) Partial damage to our solar window screens. When the concrete was poured, it hit many of the screens. I was able to get some of the residue removed, but no all. (3) Partial damage to our home siding. The same as #2 - concrete bites were dried onto many of the sidings which had to be repainted. (4) There was to be some spacing of the concrete as it met with the house's foundation. This was mandatory to prevent water from sitting in place and causing mold and foundation issues. Of course, this was not done properly. (5) The color and sealant is now peeling off. A MONTH LATER AND WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR ITEMS 4 and 5 to be corrected. The owner has not even bothered to return my husband's voicemails.
