I'm a firm believer if you have an appointment, especially for a special occasion that appt time should be honored. We set an appt for my daughter to get an updo for homecoming, being on time was important, we actually arrived about 5 min early and were told because other clients had been running very late so were they, we had to wait 45 min before they started doing her hair, then they were unable to put her hair up in a simple bun, I had to show them how. During the process of doing her hair the woman doing it actually left her half way through to go do another girls hair because she was in a hurry and she had been over an hour late for her appt. The owner Hilda was there and did absolutely nothing to try to resolve the situation or assist in getting my daughters hair done. This salon and it's owner is more interested in making money even at the clients expense then she is at making sure her clients are happy. We would never go back
