The Child and Adolescent Outpatient Department is directed by Brett Nelson, M.D. a board certified child and adolescent psychiatrist. Dr. Nelson is also a medical director for Project TEACH, Region 2, a New York State grant program that works directly with pediatricians and primary care physicians.Emergency CareAnyone who is seeking Inpatient admission can call CES directly.
