- Business DisputesMargaret A. Clark was admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, in 1981. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences and her law degree from Pace University School of Law where she was a Merit Scholar. During her final year of law school, she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Methods. After graduation from law school, she taught as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at Marymount College, Tarrytown, New York.
