- Neuromuscular TherapyMy mission in performing therapeutic massage is to help my clients bring balance to their day-to-day lives, hold space for their relaxation and unwinding, and correct pain and imbalances. I have been practicing massage therapy professionally since 2008, graduating from the massage therapy program at Kennebec Valley Community College in Fairfield, Maine. I have continuing education in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy and sports massage. I specialize in focused, therapeutic work while also delivering a muscle-melting relaxation massage. I integrate cupping, hot stones, and therapeutic use of essential oils into your massage as desired. I have extensive experience with prenatal massage and love bringing relief to baby-bearing hips, low backs, and feet.

- AcupressureTCM with acupuncture being only one component. Other areas of TCM in my practice include: cupping, acupressure, Qigong, meditation and TCM food therapy.
- AcupunctureAcupuncture is the strategic insertion of thin needles at specific points on the body. The tradition of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) teaches that acupuncture can balance the flow of energy (known as chi) believed to flow along pathways called meridians. By placing needles into specific points along these meridians, the energy will flow more freely.
