Recently our family member has been faced with a terminal illness, out of an emergency crisis we needed to fly to Oahu for medical treatment. We are awaiting reimbursement, but the person in charge does not update us nor does she return calls (she is the supervisor). Everything had been approved in August 2009 and we have not yer received anything. I am out of my job, and we are barely surviving, this refund is extremely needed. Can anyone help us?
