Dr. Chen is outstanding. Smart, caring, kind, she really listens and I so appreciate her! Dr. Eng is outstanding as well. I saw her for an annual eye exam, she is really kind, professional and smarr! She worked with me to find the best solution for my vision needs. A big mahalo to the entire staff!

I came to see Dr. Chen to receive the IPL/BBL treatment for dry eyes. Before then, I had tried basically every other treatment with no significant improvement, including Lipiflow. After the first few treatments, I have been able to do the things I used to be able to do before I had dry eyes, such as going cycling, running, and going to social events without constantly feeling pain. I highly recommend Dr. Chen.
