I will start by saying that I have never met this lady. I was involved in a work comp claim and she was used by the insurance company for consultation. This lady made statements about me that were not true. Unrelated to the work comp case, I was given a medication for irritable bowel. She saw this medication on the list and told the insurance company I was given it for depression. I was and have never been diagnosed with depression or given medication for depression. Being that I had moved back to the mainland, I had a hard time fighting this case and the insurance company sided with her and closed my case. BEWARE if she is consulting on work comp case...she is not working for your best interest.
