Fish is delivered fresh daily and we NEVER use frozen fish. Aloha to our local fishermen. We have the Best Fish and Chips on Kauai Island. Our bread is baked locally and in house. Our greens are Organic and we cater to GLUTEN FREE ALLERGIES. We use American Wagyu Beef for our Burgers, Sliders & Steak Chimichurri. Our Ice Cream is Lapperts of Hawaii, the Best on the Island. SOV cocktails are carefully crafted and made with imported purees and fresh squeezed juices. The SOV Brunch menu include several Benedicts, House made Corned Beef Hash, Traditional Buttermilk and Local Banana Mac Pancakes. We also offer Omelets, Salads, Sandwiches and Clubs.
