We believe in providing good care to our clients. Our clients are Worth It! We work with adults 18 years and older who seek to improve their mental and physical health. We believe that mental health supports overall health. Our therapists focus on working with the brain and body together. This approach has been shown through empirical studies to decrease symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The Worth It team offers a variety of treatment modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) customized to meet each clent's needs.
