Terrible to live during the winter. No salt, no shovel, and they don't even shovel the parking lot. Good luck not getting your car hit. They also went through 3 different managers in 2 months. These people have issues. If you are looking for cheap and rundown apartments then this is the place for you. Also good luck getting maintenance to come out and fix anything. They don't even knock. And when it comes to paying rent, they don't til you what you owe, until 1-3 days before it's actually due. This place needs remodeling, but instead they just pocket the money and continue to let this place corrode. Good luck with your dealings or misdealings.
