My family and I live very close to this Wendy's and visit them all the time. On Monday, 02/16/09, I went through the Drive-thru and unfortunately, didn't realize that my debit card was not returned to me. Late in the afternoon,that same day, I realized I didn't have my debit card and returned to Wendy's to get it. I was told by the evening manager that my card was locked in the safe and he couldn't get it - that I would have to come back. I returned at 7:30 the next morning only to be told they couldn't find my card. Upon contacting my bank - the card had been used TWICE after I'd left it at Wendy's. When I contacted the day manager, she said she was sorry but basically isn't going to do anything about it! I'm so angry!

This Wendy's is prob the worst one there is around!! Every time I go there they get my order wrong... this am I went there and ordered 2 Sausage biscuits w cheese and 2 orders of hashbrowns....the hashbrowns were way over done and the sausage biscuits w cheese had no cheese (but I was charged $.30 each sandwich for cheese). I didn't have time to turn around and get the problem fixed because I was taking my son to school and I was headed to work. The people that work there half of them speak plan English so they also have a hard time understanding you and visa versa. I will prob never visit this Wendy's again!
