Other dishes are novel or a fusion of techniques and traditions. Along with ingredients that are native to Jamaica, some ingredients have been introduced and are now grown locally. Excellent food served with a Smile! Our customers are the most important thing to us. This is a special place for our family, workers and especially our customers.
