Do yourself a huge favor. Learn about ''Closed Period". It's back pay only with NO ongoing monthly check. The Parmele Web Site does not mention "Closed Period", at all. And Parmele lawyers are likely not to inform you about it, either.
Basically, the firm is considered 'Administrative' in nature. Better to find a lawyer who actually defines "Closed Period" on their respective web site; you'll stand a better chance of getting representation that will stand by you through US District Court filing, if necessary.
