If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. About the only positive thing I can say about this appraiser is that he was polite, but that's it. He did not impress me as knowing what he is doing, and even worse, didn't return phone calls or emails. Can't believe this company is still in business. I guess he has friends in the mortgage or real estate business because he really doesn't seem to grasp home values, comparable sales, etc. If your banker suggests Schuster, I'd demand another company. I wish I had!
