Be careful! I too had a good experience back in 2010. However, I took my car there this year and had an awful experience. I dropped my car off on a Friday night at about closing time. I called the next day at about 12:00pm and they had not looked at it. They told me they would be able to look at it before closing, but never did. I didn't mind because I dropped it off last minute without an appointment. When I picked my car up I made an appointment for 8:00am the following Saturday. The next Friday I dropped my car off as before expecting that they would look it first thing on Saturday morning. At noon I called and they still hadn't looked at it. Finally, around 2:00pm they called, but couldn't diagnoise the problem. They had some ideas, but weren't sure. The mechanic, who spoke so much and so fast I couldn't get a word in, stated that he had friends who were familar with my make and model and that he would check with them and get back with me.
