So far this has been a terrible experience. I went to the store to order a door on Jun 29, and was told contractor would call in 2 days. Ten days later the contractor called to measure the door. Then he couldn't do it. 6 days later, Lowe's called to schedule another contractor for Jul 19. He showed up and told me someone would call. Didn't hear from anyone. I called and the installation dept said the contractor would call in 48 hours to schedule the installation. 48 hours & 50 minutes no one had called, so I tried to contact the install dept only to find out they had left for the day. It was 3:50pm. It's been 49 days since I ordered the door and I still don't know if it will ever be installed.

I like this hardware since it's complete and their service is awesome.

great clean organized store---George in plumbing and Kurt in appliances have been very helpfull---really appreciate their help and expertise--exceptional personnel---management should be proud. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER
