Horrible service, waited 1.5 hours for our food.. the waitress didnt come by to ask if we needed refills, coffee pot she brought out had syrup on it and the coffee cup was dirty.. didnt even have silverware till we asked for it. Food was alright but nobody knows how to make an egg benedict. Saftey issue under the booth, a spring was sticking out at least 2 inches from the base of the booth.. never going back there again.

I loved my server, Matt! He was one of the best servers I've ever had. It's unusual these days to see a young man so nice and courteous. He was polite, timely and personable. And a LOT of fun! I will definitely be back to this IHOP in the future, and will ask for Matt every time!

I had a great time and I enjoyed seeing my waiter with a smile and the bathroom was the cleaniest Ive ever seen at an ihop restaurant

My friend and I have frequented this IHOP for the past 3-4 years. Over this period of time I have witnessed the restaurant go down hill (cleanliness, service, food quality, proper temperature) On 02-14-07, I ate here and there was a roach crawling on the wall behind my friend. I told her and summoned our waiter and pointed out the roach to him; he called over the manager, looked at the roach, swatted it with a menu and just walked off. He never said anything...no acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. I did notify the Health Department of the incident. I WILL NOT EAT HERE EVER AGAIN!
