Focus on What We Can Control We do not have direct control of interest rates, tax policy, gas prices, how much the stock market will return this year, inflation, or a whole lot of other factors. While we are aware of each of these things, our primary focus should be on executing a sound plan, and doing the things we have direct control over really well. Across all areas of financial planning, we use data to identify what the important factors are that we can control, and help our clients to separate the signal from noise in their financial lives.
