I took my Honda CRV in to Firestone at 13620 Washington St in KCMO for an alignment service on January 7, 2012 in the afternoon. My alignment was delivered as promised; however, when I picked up my car, the entire driver's side of the vehicle was splattered with a greasy oil from front to back. This condition was noticeable from 20 to 30 ft away. I knew that the incident happened at Firestone as I just picked the vehicle up at the Honda dealership 6 miles away, where the vehicle had been washed and I had a chance to walk around and view the CRV in broad daylight, before I drove off. The oil was nothing that could be missed and was easily visible from 30 to 50 ft away. I approached the Service Advisor Mike about the issue and asked for resolution. I explained the situation, and showed Mike the greasy oil on the vehicle. Mike spent about 10 mins talking to the service techs while I waited in the customer lounge.
