He explained the plan in a way that allowed me to express my concerns and ask questions. The discussion showed me he had a clear grasp of the medical issues, broad or narrow. He gave me a view, not just of this next step, but with the steps after that. I always feel well cared for and cared about.

I was impressed that they took the time to meet on this while I was still there so I could be part of the decisions and hear their ideas.
