This company does not deserve a one star rating. He has owed me money for a neon sign that I repaired. When I finally reached him, he was going to pay me half of what he owed me, that's after I lowered the bill by $200.00. I was up on ladder taking my transformers down when he pulled the ladder right out from under me !! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR HIS OTHER COMPANY , AMERICAN ARTIST AGENCY. Complete scumbag.

I would have given this company zero stars but the system wouldn't let me. They charged $100 for one week's worth of care and I came home to dead plants and flowers! One hanging basket had fallen and was upside down on the deck, DEAD! When I tried to contact them for some sort of explanation, I received no response whatsoever. My dog could have done a better job!
