I bought my car in to get repaired but as we was Waiting I saw one of the staff members bringing in beer like it was a party.I emailed the owner and she didn't care either.and my car still does the same thing that I came in for .beware

they try to take advantage of you, claiming you need new parts to finish the job and without them they cant continue, so your stuck paying extra for something that could be fixed at a later time, never again will i go back

I used to go to Calvert's because it is close to where I work. Every single time I went for an oil change, they called me to say that something was wrong with my car. Every time. When they told me I had bald tires, I said that I didn't want them replaced. Marcus said that he thought he should call my husband and talk to him about it. I told him that this was 2013, not 1954, and I know what a bald tire is. They lure you in with the cheap oil change, then try to make money by saying something is wrong with the car.
