I would not go there again, My 9 year old PC died & after being told it wasn't worth repairing, they sold me another one, One that was supposed to be newer, but as it turns out it was 11 years old. My trade-in was later repaired and when I went back in for some wires I saw it they were selling it for more than triple what I was given for trade in LOL Jokes was on me. I ended up after 60 days having to buy another PC, I went somewhere else. Would NEVER go to BE TEC again, would never recommend it to anyone. Good - Luck People.

I highly recommend these guys because my HP all in one desktop would not wake up one morning. I rushed it to the E.R./B E Tec guys. I was disapointed to hear that it was not able to be fixed; but they were more than helpful in putting together a system and EVERYTHING we needed. I would strongly suggest if you have issues to go there....

I had used them once before and had been happy. This time, I am really disappointed and won't be using them again. They had my laptop for 2 whole weeks and only took care of half of what I asked to have done, I wanted them to speed it up. They said some removal of Norton components would really help. I said remove it and they did not remove. They replaced a fan because the computer was running hot. I authorized that and that is ALL that was done. Nothing that I wanted done. If I returned a call, the person I spoke with didn't share the information with the person working on the computer. When we went to pick it up, they offered to buy it. It felt like they were taking care of them rather than servicing me and my computer. VERY disappointed.

This place is great, Only computer place in town where you get the sense they genuinely want to help you, They answered a tone of questions even before I told them I wasn't going to buy anything. I brought my Mac in later and they replaced the screen for under $200

I have taken two different computers to this business for repair when they appeared to be "dead" or otherwise beyond repair. B.E.Tek was able to repair each in just a couple of days at a reasonable price. I was quite happy with their work and would certainly use them again.
