I have been banking here for some years now and as they are small branch, they are still able to help you with any problems that you have. They will work with you so that you can understand your account and how things work.. You also have the best employees. They know me by name as well as me knowing them by name.. If you go to a bigger branch, you won't get the same feeling when you walk in as they greet you by name. This bank has a small staff of underpaid and overworked people. It's the slowest branch in the KC Metro Area and full of mistakes. If you deposit your money here, you better be ready to stand in line to clean up their mistakes! This bank offers so many fees your head will spin!
