Home warranty company assigned HVAC repair to Steinmetz. Called to set up the repair. No sense of urgency by them and terrible customer service. Leaving a bad review here and telling AHS they should be removed from their list of providers. Terrible.

Today, Kevin and Paul, from Steinmetz HVAC, came to my house to make a rather expensive repair. They were very nice, and proceeded to investigate the problem , that they were told I had. After they had begun their searching for the supposed problem, they found the repair to be a matter of a piece of plastic That needed to be replaced. They replaced this, and told me all I owed was the service call. They restored my faith in humanity and earned my thankfulness for ever!!! I would recommend them to anyone and also their company--oh if everyone operated as they do, life would be so sweet!!!!!
