Dr. Shelley Bhattacharya is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine with a subcertification in geriatric medicine. She completed a fellowship at the University Health Center of Pittsburgh. She earned her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at the University Health Center of Pittsburgh. Dr. Bhattacharya is committed to providing excellent compassionate care to the Kansas City community. She specializes in geriatric medicine and works at Landon Center on Aging. Dr. Bhattacharya enjoys teaching and is the director of geriatric education for the University of Kansas Medical Center family medicine residency program.
