The School of Allied Health is an academic unit of the University of Kansas Medical Center. The institute has more than 10 academic departments that offer various health-profession programs. The School of Allied Health offers courses in nursing, medicine, osteopathy, dentistry, veterinary medicine, optometry, pharmacy and podiatry. The institute offers master s degree in audiology, molecular biotechnology, nurse anesthesia, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and dietetics and nutrition.
