The food at Jalisco's tastes very authentic to me. I am very picky about my Mexican food and I enjoy going there. There is never a crowd which is odd since it is a favorite of so many people. Even though there is not much of a variety of dishes on their buffet, what they have is very tasty. Their chips leave some to be desired as they are the thicker style and I don't think they are home fried. The salsa isn't too bad though. I wish they would provide the thinner chips.
