Our refrigerator was not cooling. We had a service technician out that same day. Doug was courteous and got our fridge up and working in no time! Excellent repair experience.

I had Doug out for my stove, he had to rewire the mess I made trying to repair it myself, He never charged me a service call but I was charged a labor fee, which I was more than happy to pay. My stove works now and I'm very pleased with him and this company!
