DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! My very hard of hearing, 85 year old, father had dentures made here and could never chew properly afterwards. When I accompanied him to revisit the dentist to discuss remaking the dentures or requesting a refund, my father was treated very disrespectfully, i.e., the dentist, B.D. Smith, talked to my father, my mother and me with his back turned to us most of the time. As I mentioned, my father can barely hear when a person is facing him while talking, much less, when someone's back is turned! Please don't take anyone, especially someone you love, to this horrid place. The dental assistant was also very disrespectful, as well as the office manager. In a later phone call discussion they agreed to refund the money for only the dentures, not the 11 extractions that were done... yes, 11!!! They required that we return the dentures for the refund. While my father was home bound, my personal dentist made home visits, yes, I said home visits, to make new impressions and do wax fittings for a new bottom denture. By the way, BD Smith said he needed to remake the top denture...hmmmm, interesting! Well, anyway, when we called to set up a time to return the denture and get the refund, the office manager was extremely rude and said they changed their minds about the refund, (so, yes, they went back on their word) and then she hung up on us! She didn't even give us a chance to tell her that we now only wanted the lesser refund for the bottom dentures! DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!! Did I say, DO NOT GO TO BD SMITH's denture office and lab. Bad, bad, bad! They should be terribly ashamed! I wouldn't give even one star if I could post this without it!!!

Dr. Smith and his assistants are awesome....from the front desk to all the assistants in the back, they are friendly, helpful and always professional. I would recommend their office to anyone looking for a great local business offering extractions, partials or dentures.

The staff is AMAZING. The dentist - well, he didn't act too interested in me (I was only having one extraction). he literally just popped in the room and popped out the tooth in less than five minutes and then he was gone. His assistants were so wonderful and really calmed me down.

Dr. Smith and crew are very friendly. They have a talent for putting you at ease.......not an easy task as you await a tooth extraction! I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

Dr. Smith & Staff provided excellent care for all my dental needs.
