I'm writing this review to prevent anyone else from enduring such a painful, degrading, and inconvient situation. The store itself is not an issue at all. However, the pharmacy is. I had surgery two days ago, and had scripts to fill at the pharmacy. The pharmacy technichincian refused to fill the much needed script. My doctor called to rectify the situation, as supposedly there was a mistake in writing the script. Michelle the pharmacy tech, was disrespectful to my doctor as well. There was not a mistake in writing the script, Michelle the pharmacy tech had a personal preference to have the word "forty" wrote on the script for the number prescribed of tablets. Although, the amount of tablets was clearly marked by a checked box. I've called the corporate office to report the inhumane treatment, and have since been able to fill the script at Walmart. My purpose is to warn others, especially the elderly who may not have someone to advocate for them. Furthermore, I attempted to speak with a pharmacy manager, and was told there was not one on duty. I asked when the manager would return and the response was "I don't know." I will follow up personally with the store again today. Please don't send a loved one into this pharmacy and expect them to be treated with dignity.
