Experience was top notch. Everyone told me I got a great deal on my 4-Door Jeep. Price was not the issue, options were. I would have liked to have drove away with a different color, a hardtop and different options, but they worked with me. Three weeks later and I love the color and they factored in the Nav system like I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! As long as the guys and gals keep up the good work and stay helpful and friendly, I'll always recommend them to anyone I talk to!

Quick service with minimal effort on my part.

They took the time to explain everything to me and after doing the inspection I had a few things fixed that I didn't know needed fixing. They were also pretty quick in serving the car as I don't think I was there more than an hour or so and everyone was so friendly. Best of all, my car runs much smoother after being serviced.

Highly recommended! As always, the best service department around...Brenda rocks! I have only taken my 2009 Jeep to Windward for all its maintenance needs and any other mechanical issues and I have never been disappointed. They are courteous and reliable. I have never felt like they were giving me the run around and I trust them implicitly when it comes to the maintenance of my Jeep! Oh, and my Jeep runs great!

Easy to book service appointment on line. Service adviser explained all charges up front and called and obtained authorization for recommended work before performing. Staff was friendly and easy to work with.

The service was as expected but with a paid service package they'll try to nickel and dime you on little things as in tire balancing. The van shuttle driver couldn't be quiet or at least have an intelligent conversation instead of grumbling on everyday things like traffic or people less fortunate

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKED AND SHADY. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW BEFORE THEY GO THERE. THEIR SERVICE TECHS ARE THEIVES. WE LEFT OUR FAMILY CAR THERE FOR 5 DAYS WHILE WE TEST DROVE ONE OF THEIR CARS AND THEY STOLE OURS OFF THE LOT AND WENT MUDRIDING, SMOKED IN IT, AND PUT A GASH IN OUR PLASTIC BUMPER!!! THEY DIDNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, JUST GIVE US 100 DOLLARS. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
