One Kalakaua Realty (OKR) was formed in 1995 as the exclusive sales agent for One Kalakaua Senior Living (OKSL), Honolulu's only full service, fee simple, continuing care retirement community. We offer the largest selection of OKSL re-sale and rental units. During the real estate boom days of 1976-8, Francis sold Honolulu, Waikiki and North Shore Oahu properties, West Maui resort/residential and Upcountry Maui properties and West Hawaii properties. In 1978, he was appointed project sales manager for the 128 unit oceanfront Kona Reef condominium developed by Tom Gentry & Co. Later that year, he opened Diamond Head Realty. Over the past 24 years Francis has worked in general brokerage, property management, and time share development and marketing on Oahu, Maui and the Big Island. He began his association with One Kalakaua Partners in July 1993 and continues to maintain a close working relationship with OKSL. Francis is currently a member of the Hawaii Association of Realtors, the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
