John Roth formed Hawaii Trust & Estate Counsel in April of 2014, with associate attorney Kumu Belcher, and attorney Randall Roth (of counsel). Hawaii Trust & Estate Counsel has offices in Hilo, Kona and Kamuela, and also meets with clients in Oahu.
