Still don't answer the phone and mail box to lv. msgs. is full -- Lousy service by the front desk - Wonder about the rest ?

The initial appointment started out well but went rapidly downhill. Other customers were put before my order. By closing time, my temporary pair was finally ready. It was wrong but I said I would try to use them until the final pair arrived. I explained I wanted traditional bifocals, not progressives. OK the mgr told me "I'll see it gets corrected." It wasn't done so now I am waiting again for the right pair to arrive. Worst of all, I am from out of town so each trip to Kalispell is inconvenient.
