bad experience!! they took my insurance card, insinuating "no problem" & thenzapped me with a huge bill! their excuse - "well, we billed your insurance, they just didn't want to pay it i guess." would have been nice if they had told me first that they didn't work with aetna insurance. also, super long wait, cold, unfriendly staff & doctor, quicky exam & of course "the bill!" find someone else for your urology issues; these people are bad news! j.t.
