Dr. Hyland and his staff are wonderful! I highly recommend him for any oral surgery needs you may have.

Very great experience with this office. I had no complaints with the staff and the doctor was very good. They even gave me a discount for pay with a check.

Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant, and Dr. Hyland did a great job with my surgery. Whoever the unpleasant receptionist was from the other two reviews certainly wasn't there in my two visits this past month. They also charged much less than my other local options for consultation / surgery.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. The receptionist was extremely rude. She insulted my family then denied me any type of service. Based on the other review I'm pretty positive it was the same lady. I can't put any type of comments towards the doctor since I never got my visit I schedule. A warning, never come here. There are plenty of respectful offices in Kalamazoo.

I've been a part-time interpreter for the local community for nearly 10 years, not once, had I experienced such terrible derogatory attitude at the reception. I was on a non-official interpretation work for a good friend of mine. The front desk lady (with a British accent) was incredibly rude, I was told to wait outside and can't leave until my friend's surgery was done. I've been to no less than 30 tooth extractions before in various offices; Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, even once in Ann Arbor; and I was never denied entry to do my job. I simply asked "If I can't go in, how do I translate for him?" . I was not legally-obligated to be there, if I can't go in to help, then there really is no point for me to sit outside and wait, since I have a job to attend to afterward...then the insults came to both of us..at the end, for the sake of my friend's surgery, I sat down and waited. When he was sent out, we were handed 2 prescriptions, from my experience, I know they were pain killers and anti-biotics, but I still need to confirm, I asked her 2 times over the glass screen, she ignored me until I was banging on the table! Avoid this office and spend your money somewhere else. This lady here is doing no good for this is office.
