Dr. Groskurth volunteered at a hospital during high school and that’s when she fell in love with medicine and the role of a physician. It was in medical school that Claire found herself drawn to the field of obstetrics and gynecology. She enjoys improving the quality of life of her patients, whether that’s through delivering a baby or performing a hysterectomy.Dr. Groskurth says her mom is her inspiration, teaching her to have compassion and empathy towards people of all walks of life.When she’s not caring for patients, Claire loves spending time with her son, staying active and reading.I truly enjoy the day-to-day interactions with patients, learning about their lives and improving their quality of life.
