Catholic Charities West Michigan provides help for individuals and families throughout the 11 - County Diocese of Grand Rapids, regardless of background or religion. We work to help change the lives of those most in need. We seek to improve the lives of our clients and empower them to achieve their goals. Our goal is to create a nurturing, safe family environment for both children and adults, as well as improving our community through specific outreach. We accomplish our work through comprehensive, results-oriented programs and services. The programs and services of Catholic Charities West Michigan have 3 distinct areas of emphasis: * Community Outreach Including Food Shelter and Pantry Programs * Behavioral Health-Counseling Services For Individual and Families * Child welfare/family preservation-programs that strengthen families and keep their children safe.
