Arcadia Elementary School is a learning center that offers educational classes in pre-kindergarten through grade six. Located in Kalamazoo, Mich., it is a part of Kalamazoo Public Schools, which operates more than 20 educational institutions with a combined enrollment of over 10,000 students. The school maintains a parent-teacher organization that is a group of parent volunteers who work to help and support students and staff members. Arcadia Elementary School organizes a range of extracurricular activities, such as book fairs, volunteer luncheons, dance shows, music concerts, field days and open houses. Its academic curriculum includes English, math, science, reading, social studies, and health and physical education.
