      I called for a quote and decided to get insurance from A Best Buy Insurance. So I called them to let them know I was on my way because they close at 5pm. I got there at 5:03 and they had left... knowing that I was on my way to pay for a new insurance policy. Not very professional! Guess they really don't need anymore business.
